Yesterday I discovered a kick boxing video on netflix that I tried out. It was a lot of fun. My plan is to start working out more regularly now that Brandon is gone. I figure if he’s over seas doing what hes doing I should be able to manage working out a few days a week. Or at least that is my reasoning in hopes that this workout plan might actually stick better then all the rest.
Today my Mom and Sam are coming to visit and they are bringing Cricket. It is just for the night, but any little distractions from the day to day boredom that is my week is much appreciated. Not to mention I can always use a free meal. It also motivates me to clean the apartment and I’m ashamed to admit, shower, because that has not been on the top of my to-do list while I’ve been home alone.
Well I have to get back to my chores, I really just posted to get the whole “I’m going to start working out” thing in writing. As if that helps.
