I started this blog back in 2012 to share my love of all food. A couple of months ago I started a Whole30 and Paleo diet and lifestyle. It has been a wonderful and eye opening experience for me.
Here you’ll find recipes that I have invented, tweaked or honed relating to Whole30 along with stories from my personal journey and why I have found this experience to be so positive.
The name In Between Meals stems from the idea that while my life may seem like just one meal after the next, life really happens in between meals. The food we choose to eat (and not eat) plays such a significant role in our lives, and I know that I am not alone in struggling with an unhealthy relationship with my food and my body. I always knew the food I ate effected my life but it wasn’t until practicing Whole30 that I truly learned to what extent that was true. Unlock the freedom that comes from being in control of your food rather than the other way around.
